Full kitchen, breakfast area (seats 10), dining room (table seats 16 + 4 person table), and 2 living room(s) on main level all open floor plan for you to enjoy. Main level has an additional kitchenette (Bedroom #9 queen bed + twin pull-out), lakefront bedroom #6 (king bed + fullsize futon), lakefront bedroom #7 (king bed + twin fold out futon chair) and the kids bunkroom #8 lakeview (3 twins & 2 full beds). Bedrooms 1-3 & 5-7 all have twin pullout beds as well. There are a total of 23 individual beds (Mattresses or twin fold out with memory foam mattress).
The upper level has a lakeside great room with incredible views of the lake and looks into the atrium as well. There is a recreation room with pool table (ping-pong & hockey), shuffleboard, foosball, poker table and wet bar area. All upper rooms have huge vaulted ceilings as well as two screened in patios accessed via 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Full lakefront owner suite #1 with king bed, private grand bath with double shower, two person jetted tub, heated tile floor and private patio. Full master suite #2 with king bed, private bath and lake views. Bedroom #3 (king bed) & #4 (2 queen beds) are lakefront with shared patio and bedroom #5 (queen bed) has lake view as well.
The lakeside outdoor patio has seating for 21-32 guests as well as the NEW 2019 hot tub (max 8) as well as two gas grills. Our private beach leads to the dock and pier with room for up to 3 boats as well as 2 Jet Ski EZ dock systems. Enjoy our 4 paddleboards, 3 kayaks, tubes, life jackets and toys.
We provide at the home plenty of fun things for the kids like board games, floats, etc. We can also provide strollers, high chairs, pack n plays, etc. for the little ones so you do not have to pack all those extras.
We can offer you referrals for boat and jet ski rentals with local merchants if needed. We are very convenient to 7 lakefront restaurants as you explore. We are a few minutes from Downtown Mooresville and the race shops (NASCAR capital). There are also many great restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive from your vacation spot if you prefer.
We provide sheets, towels, paper goods and bottled water. Bring your bathing suits.
NO GROUND SPIKES are allowed for tents (due to previous damages) must use water barrels or other tie down measures.
There is ample driveway parking for 16-20 vehicles - THERE IS NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON THE LAWN ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON. STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED.

Property is monitored via exterior cameras to ensure compliance with contract terms as well as safety regarding maximum occupancy. Most exterior lighting is automated, heating and cooling systems offer a predetermined temperature range and are monitored externally for guest comfort. Upper dock access is restricted per contract terms and no guests are allowed access for liability reasons.
